
A perfect exercise to begin with is light ab work after your light aerobic workout. So begin with cardio to stimulate the heart and blow flow and then slowly go into 2 sets of 10 crunches. Follow up with a few light leg lifts. This will be enough to get you started. Eventually you can increase your aerobic and sit up workouts but for now keep it light. You aren't going to match the slbs of abs from the men & women on the cover of the magazines overnight. Besides being a very unrealistic goal you may set your self up for disappointment. Rather hang on every positive results you achieve. Never give up and you'll succeed.
